Abalone is considered the foremost among the four major seafoods: abalone, sea cucumber, wing, and tripe. The smaller the head, the larger the abalone. It has a sweet and fresh taste, making it ideal for soups.

It is rich in protein and contains numerous nutrients such as calcium, iron, iodine, and vitamin A. It is low in fat and sugar. It nourishes the blood, softens the liver, nourishes yin, lowers blood pressure, relieves fever, and improves eyesight. It is suitable for men, women, young, and old to replenish the body. It has the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing without being dry.

Cooking Method
  • After thawed, use salt to rub off the green lip, then remove the intestinal and guts 
  • Cold water should be used, then heat it up to avoid contraction of the abalone
  • Chicken, lean meat, or ham pairs well in soup making, heating for 3-4 hours is enough
  • The entire abalone can be sliced as an additional dish after the soup making process

Frozen Product- Keep frozen -18℃ or below before usage.
