The Pinot Noir grape is considered one of the most demanding grape varieties. It places high demands on the quality of the appellation, that makes Pinot Noir one of the most valuable and expressive grape varieties.

Tasting Note: 
It has a cherry red shine with ruby red reflections. The bouquet is dominated by cherries, some violets and cloves, red pepper, roasted paprika and a hint of nougat. Fiery cherries and peppery aromas blossomed among the aftertaste.
