🍜 Kobe Beef Ramen: Broth infused with Tajima Kobe beef essence and mince, simmered into a rich soy base with marbled aroma. Paired with Kubota’s fine straight noodles, fragrant and smooth, absorbing beef oil and soy sweetness.

🍜 Matsusaka Beef Ramen: Special seasoning powder made from Matsusaka beef extract (no meat chunks). Broth is full‑bodied with bold beef aroma. Semi‑fresh noodles are springy, clinging to the broth for a rich flavor.

Cooking Instructions

Prepare a large pot. For 1 serving, use about 2 liters of boiling water.
Add noodles to boiling water: cook 30 seconds on high heat or about 1 minute on medium heat. Drain thoroughly.
Empty the included soy sauce soup packet into a bowl, add about 300 ml hot water, and mix well.
Place drained noodles into the soup. Add toppings such as spring onion, bamboo shoots, or char siu as desired.

Important Note (recommended by Japanese buyers)

Do not cook the seasoning powder together with the noodles in the pot, or the noodles will become mushy.

Correct Method

For dry noodles: cook noodles, drain, then mix directly with the seasoning powder.
For soup noodles (recommended): put the seasoning powder in a bowl, add hot water to dissolve, then add drained noodles. This ensures the broth clings perfectly to the noodles.
