Sashimi (Highly Recommended): Defrost in the refrigerator at 0–4°C, or place the sealed pack under running water for 10–15 minutes (ensure packaging is intact). After thawing, rinse gently with distilled or filtered water, then enjoy with soy sauce, wasabi, or lemon juice.

Cooked Dishes: Excellent for Japanese hot pot, seafood porridge, pan‑searing, grilling, or deep‑frying. Thanks to its premium quality, the oysters retain rich flavor even after cooking.
