Cooking & Serving Instructions:

Boiling (Recommended):
  1. Without removing the plastic film on the cup lid, place the entire cup directly into boiling water. Reduce to low heat and simmer (water bath heating) for about 8 minutes. Remove, peel off the film, and serve.
Microwave Heating:
  1. Completely remove the plastic sealing film on the surface. Place in the microwave and heat for about 1.5 minutes (adjust according to microwave power).
