How to Use: Wash and thoroughly dry the ingredients. Spread Saikyo miso evenly on both sides, place in a container or sealed bag, and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Wipe off excess miso (to prevent burning), then cook in an oven, air fryer, or pan over medium heat until golden and slightly charred.

Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use as soon as possible.
