Tasting Note:

The Lanzerac Syrah is the first Syrah from Lanzerac in more than 10 years. It delivers a good extraction of deep colour and aromas of white pepper, coriander, fynbos and red wine poached plums.

Food Pairing: Best with Grilled Venison slices with Shiraz sauce and wild mushrooms, Gemelli Pasta with braised beef ragù serving with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese, Italian Prosciutto with aged Cheese platter
