A) Boil in Bag (55-70mins)

1. Place the Shank (with bag) into hot water and heat for:-

- from thrawed: 55 mins

- from frozen: 1 hour and 10 mins

B) Oven Method (55-70mins)

1. Preheat oven to 180oC.

2. Remove shanks from the bag and place in an ovenproof dish with sauce and cover.

3. Place on the middle shelf of oven an roast for:-

- from thawed: 55 mins

- from frozen: 1 hour and 10 mins

4. Remove cover, baste shank with sauce, increase temperature to 200oC

5. Return to the top shelf of the oven for an additional 10 mins, basting occasionally

C) Microwave Method (9-12 mins)

1. Place bag with shank into a micowavable bowl and cut the corner of the bag. Heat for:

- from thawed: 1100 watt for 6 mins, let stand for 2 mins then heat on High for an additional 1 min. Stir before serving

- from frozen: 1100 watt for 8 mins, let stand for 2 mins then heat on High for an additional 2 mins. Stir before serving

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃ or below before usage.
