Yip Cheong “Shunde Dace Cake” is a specialty food that carries a century-old tradition. Made with fresh dace, it offers a springy texture and rich aroma, and has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Technique, representing authentic Shunde cuisine.

Suggested Cooking Method:

  1. Fully defrost the dace paste—either overnight in the fridge or by placing the sealed pack in cold water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix in your favorite ingredients (such as spring onion, coriander, or dried shrimp) and stir clockwise for 30–60 seconds.
  3. Once the water boils, add the dace paste into the pot and cook until done.

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃or below before usage.
