Yip Cheong “Shunde Dace Cake” is a specialty food that carries a century-old tradition. Made with fresh dace, it offers a springy texture and rich aroma, and has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Technique, representing authentic Shunde cuisine.

Suggested Cooking Method:

  1. Fully defrost the fish tofu—either overnight in the fridge or by placing the sealed pack in cold water for about 10–15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the fish tofu, and pan-fry gently on both sides until golden. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion before serving.
  3. Alternatively, once the water boils, add the fish tofu into the pot with your choice of ingredients and cook until done.

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃or below before usage.
