Yip Cheong “Shunde Dace Cake” is a specialty food that carries a century-old tradition. Made with fresh dace, it offers a springy texture and rich aroma, and has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Technique, representing authentic Shunde cuisine.

Suggested Cooking Method:

  1. Bring water to a boil, then add the fish noodles directly into the pot and cook for about 4–5 minutes before serving.
  2. Defrost or blanch the fish noodles, then heat a pan with oil, add your favorite ingredients, and stir-fry until ready.

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃or below before usage.
