  • Produced by Creekstone Farms, this purebred Black Angus beef features rich marbling, tender texture, and a deeper, more intense flavor than standard Angus beef. 
  • Prime Grade is the highest quality of U.S. beef, representing only 2% of total production. It offers the most abundant marbling, richest taste, and exceptionally juicy, buttery mouthfeel.
  • Chuck Flap Tail is located between the neck and shoulder of the cow, one of the most active muscle areas. 
  • The meat is tender, richly flavored, and finely marbled. Perfect for grilling, pan-searing, roasting, or slicing for hot pot.
