Beef Wellington Cooking Instructions

Defrosting: Please transfer the Beef Wellington from the freezer to the refrigerator (approximately 0-4℃) and allow it to thaw at least one day in advance.

Preparation and Method:
  1. Remove the beef Wellington from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. (If there is a function setting, you can select the full baking or hot air convection mode)
  3. Place the beef Wellington fillet on baking paper and brush an even layer of egg yolk over the surface of the puff pastry to achieve a more golden and crispy finish.
  4. According to personal preference, you may refer to the following baking times:
Air frying: (grill beef tenderloin for 18 minutes for medium doneness / 20 minutes for Medium Well doneness / 23 minutes for well doneness)

Oven: (Bake beef tenderloin for 20 minutes for medium doneness / 25 minutes for Medium Well doneness  / 30 minutes for well doneness)

After baking, remove the beef tenderloin and let it rest at room temperature for at least 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!


★Ultimate baking method★

Increase the preheat temperature to 240°C for the air fryer or the highest temperature / 240°C for the oven. Preheat for 5 minutes, then add the beef Wellington brushed with egg yolk and bake for 5 minutes. Use high temperature to lock in the beef tenderloin juice and prevent it from losing moisture.

Air frying: (Fry beef tenderloin for 13 minutes for medium doneness / 15 minutes for Medium Well doneness / 18 minutes for well doneness)
Oven: (Bake beef tenderloin for 15 minutes for medium doneness / 20 minutes for Medium Well doneness / 25minutes for well doneness)

After baking, remove the beef tenderloin and allow it to rest at room temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!


For optimal results, ensure that the Beef Wellington is thoroughly thawed prior to baking.
