~ The lamb neck fillet came from the neck, which appears to be the softest part, it also contains less oily fats, which is overall better for health
~ The meat is tender and fresh, it carries rich flavor of lamb, yet not being too gamy and odorless  
~ A perfect candidate for pan-frying, baking, stewing, and slow-cooking. It can also be used as a skewer ingredient
