Nagasaki Prefecture's dried sardines are 100% natural, sun-dried and then ground into a fine powder before being roasted to bring out their rich aroma. They contain no added salt or chemical seasonings.
Simply mix a small packet with 1000 ml of water and heat it in a pot for 5 minutes. Then, you're ready to add your preferred ingredients.
This makes an ideal base for noodles, udon, dumplings, hot pot, chawanmushi, and various other dishes.
