Spain Iberico pork is mainly fed with acorn, its marbling is arguably as abundant as that of Wagyu, the meat carries a slight aroma of nuts.

-A large amount of unsaturated fatty acid similar to olive oil can be found in the fats, the pork however carries no antibiotics or artificial chemical additives

-The pork ribs is the strips of meat located between the ribs of a pig, on top of the muscle is a thin layer of fascia

-It is tender with a chewy mouthfeel after cooking, this wonderful flavor suggests why it is popular among both children and adults

-Suitable for all sorts of cooking method, it is juicy and crispy after air-frying or grilling, simply sprinkle some salt and pepper after grilling, and a transcendent meat product is ready to serve
