Spanish Iberian pigs primarily feed on acorns, which is their staple diet. Their fat is as rich as Wagyu beef, and their meat has a nutty aroma.
The fat contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids similar to olive oil, and no antibiotics or chemicals are added.
The pork mogote is very tender and soft, with fine fibers and even fat distribution. It can be used for frying, stir-frying, steaming, boiling, baking, roasting, or deep-frying.

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃ or below before usage.
