<Handling Method>
Ready to eat after thawing or putting it in the oven to heat up
-Cold Food:
Put in the 0-4oC refrigerator for thawing 2-3 days before you eat
-Hot Food:
1. Put in the 0-4oC refrigerator 3-4 days before processing
2. On the day of serving, preheat the oven to180oC
3. Place the thawed turkey on a baking tray and cover with foil
4. Place the turkey in the oven for 1 hour
5. Open the tin foil, sweep the turkey dough with oil, and bake for another 15 minutes until the turkey skin is more golden brown and crispy
