Delivery Service
- Free Delivery can be arranged for purchase amount $500.00 or above (Except Remote Area such as outlying islands and Lantao Island).
- Extra $30 delivery fee will be charged if the purchase amount is below $500.00.
All online orders have been resumed to normal, the minimum delivery leadtime is 3 working days.
Delivery Schedule:
Kowloon & New Territories: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Hongkong Island: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Once sending out your orders, you will recieve an email to confirm your order. If you do not receive our email, please contact us before you try to place another order for the same product again. You will receive the final invoice and tentative delivery schedule once your order has been accepted.
Each order is only applicable to one delivery location, if you needto add another delivery location, please contact us (additional HK$80 perdelivery location),
if the second delivery is requiredfor any reason, customers will be required to pay HK$80 redelivery fee。
Ifthe customer forcibly cancels the order or chooses to refuse to receive thegoods, the company has the right to deduct $80 delivery cost from the totalcost of the customer's order.
