Hilmar Springs Chardonnay

California is the largest producer of wine of any state in USA. Each year, California produces many millions of liters of good quality table wines and an increasingly large volume of high quality vintage wines. With a traditional going back to the early 19th century, California has some of the oldest continuing vineyards in the country.

Grape variety: Chardonnay

Tasting Note: The wine exudes an exotic bouquet with aromas of peach, lychee, mandarin, grapefruit, pear, apple, vanilla, and mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is complex, creamy, balanced with nice acidity, lots of fruit and minerality, very light wood tones and an immensely long finish.
