Grape variety: Pinot Noir

Tasting Note: The wine has a lovely bright ruby red color in the glass, In the nose, it will have typical notes of Californian Pinot Noir, in the form of cherry, raspberry, and vanilla. These transfer nicely to the taste palette, while you will also be able to sense some mild species. The wine also has a nice balance, in the form of the play between the tannins and the acid. Really an extremely good glass of wine for the money.

Food pairings: The wine is perfect to enjoy with food and goes perfectly with poultry, veal beef, game meat, lamb, and grilled vegetables
