Description

"Blush" translated from English means "blush". Hilmar Springs, Zinfandel Blush has exactly this color-bright pink with orange tones. It is created from the American autochthonous Zinfandel grape variety, grown near the Pacific coast. The delicate color of the wine is achieved by briefly aging the wort on the pulp. The wine is a refreshing aperitif. It can be drunk with seafood, fruits and desserts.

Hilmar Springs is a Californian company producing light table wine from the indigenous Zinfandel variety and European grape varieties. Winemakers consider the main factor for success to be the proximity of the vineyards to the Pacific coast, the winds from which bring not only coolness, but also the moisture necessary for the ripening of juicy and aromatic berries. The Hilmar Springs wine lineup includes red, rose and white wines that make excellent companions for everyday meals and romantic picnics in nature.
