~The color of goose foie gras is snowy white with a light brown hue, the flavor is extremely rich, with abundant oily fats and unique aroma. 


Cooking method:

~Defrosting is not necessary, before cooking, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on each side

~Simply use the frying-pan without oil, fry every side (around 30 seconds) under mild fire until golden. After so, it's now ready to serve

~Serving with black vinegar and toast is recommended 


Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃ or below before usage.
