A summer truffle flavor that is notably robust, with greater depth and a denser, grainier texture.

Ingredients: button mushrooms, sunflower oil, black olives, summer truffle(Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 12%, rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms(Boletus edulis), salt, wine vinegar, garlic, flavouring, spices.

Suggestions: The product can be used for first courses, in some basic doughs, for canapes and bruschetta with meat or on pizzas.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened, add olive oil, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
