Whole piece of Yoshihama Abalone that had its shell and guts removed, the meat is half cooked already, cooking is available once thawed, convenient and hygienic. The texture is delicate and crispy, it is sweet and delicious regardless of the cooking method. 

Cooking Method: 
Steam: Scrape the bottom of the abalone, then place it on a plate and pave some minced garlic on top. Steam for around 5 minutes under medium to high heat. Finally glaze it with some oil and soy sauce 
Stir-fry: Scrape the bottom of the abalone, after adding oil to the pot, put in the abalone and fry both sides slightly, then add in some ginger, spring onion, sugar, soy sauce, and "yellow wine" and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Stew: Add in the abalone alongside water, crystal sugar, abalone sauce, a little "yellow wine". Then stew it with mild to medium flame for 15 minutes 
Simmer: The abalone serves well as an ingredient to both congee and soup. Putting it to cook 5 minutes before finish for a better mouthfeel. 

Thawing Method: 
1. Put the abalone with the inner packing in a fridge of 0-4°C and defrost for around 2 hours
or
2. Soak it with the package under water and defrost for half a hour 

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18 or below before usage.
