Recommended method for preparing and enjoying suckling pig:


  1. Thaw the suckling pig by transferring it from the freezer (-18°C) to the refrigerator (0-4°C) and leave it for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190°C, using both the upper and lower heating elements (if your oven has a fan, using it will enhance the convection effect).
  3. Open the box, remove the fruit bag and paper bag, and return the fruit bag to the refrigerator (0-4°C) for later use.
  4. Remove the suckling pig from the box, but do not open the plastic bag (which is food-grade and resistant to high temperatures). Simply unfold the plastic bag from the inside out, ensuring the suckling pig is skin-side up, and place it back into the aluminum foil bag.
  5. Put the suckling pig in the aluminum foil bag on the lower shelf of the oven and bake at 190°C for 2.5 hours (avoid opening the oven while baking).
  6. After baking, remove the suckling pig from the oven, cut open the plastic bag at the top, transfer the pig to a plate, and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Then, remove the bottom bones and cut the meat into pieces (resting the pig helps it retain more juices).
  7. Retrieve the fruit bag from the refrigerator, open it, and arrange the contents alongside the suckling pig pieces on a plate to serve (placing the fruit directly on the crispy skin of the suckling pig will soften the skin).

Frozen Product - Keep frozen -18℃ or below before usage.
